While there is no perfect solution to gathering these numbers this is a good overview of our Lake Powell market. These numbers reflect sales that occurred in Page, AZ, as well as Greenehaven, AZ. They do not reflect real estate sales on the Utah side of Lake Powell including the Big Water to Paria area.
