Last week I had the opportunity to visit Mountain View Subdivision and spend an hour or so with the developer, Dean Slavens.
Page is located in the remote, high deserts of Northern Arizona and Mountain View Subdivision does well to capture the “wilderness” feeling. You are five minutes from Walmart, six from Safeway and downtown, but it feels like it could be hours.
Set on the edge of Page, south of Ranchette Estates, this is a great place to get an affordable piece of Lake Powell real estate.
