There were some interesting number comparisons on our market watch today.
Compared to the same six week period last year we have the same number of lots on the market – with the great portion of them located in Greenehaven at Lake Powell View Estates. None of the lots at Indigo Ridge are incorporated in these figures.
There are almost twice as many homes for sale currently (42) in the Page Lake Powell area as there were this time last year at a average cost of about $10,000 more per home.
There are exactly the same number of manufactured homes (14) for sale as last year but the average price is down, considerably: about 21% lower.
