Award for best Lake Powell restaurant real estate, not on the water, has to belong to Butterfield Stage Co. Three or four nights a week, we pack up the guitars and head to Page to perform for a few hours. Butterfield notably has the best view in Page of Lake Powell, Glen Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam etc…
Friday night I decided to snap a few photos from the stage. It is rather amazing what happens every night as the sun goes down.
I am going to take some HDR photos in the next few weeks which better capture the awesome landscape and sunsets.
It was a bit chilly this evening. Here is a view from the stage looking out through the large picture windows. The wait staff is getting ready for one of the several tour buses that will be enjoying dinner, views and entertainment this evening.
With Lake Powell rising about six inches a day right now, the view in the next month is going to look much different.
