The 2015 Helping Hands Agency hosted their 16th annual Fall Festival at Page City park last weekend. I had the opportunity to stop by on Saturday and caught some of the costume contests. Folks were dropping off their carved pumpkins at the sorting booth in anticipation of the pumpkin glow Saturday night.
There were games, inflatables, face painting, lots of food, arts and crafts, a silent art auction. There was also the business challenge where local business get to compete for the “trophy” based on skill, talent, and an obstacle course.
The costume contests were great and one of the best things was the “puppy” contest featuring two chihuahuas! Plan on attending this event next year and if you are a local business owner, rally up your team and come compete for the 2016 Trophy.
