Due to an upgrade on the transmission line from Bucksin to Henrieville customers in parts of Kane County and Garfield County will be without power during parts of Saturday the 25 of October and Sunday the 26th.
Anyone east of Henrieville Substation in Garfield County will be out for four hours.
In Kane County west of the substation, including Tropic, Cannonville, Henrieville, Bryce Canyon, Hatch, Spry and Cedar Mountain will be out for @ six hours beginning at 11:30 p.m. on the 25th.
Eastern Kane County including Big Water, Church Wells, and Paria will be off for @ 1 hour while work is completed on the Paria Substation.
This line upgrade will allow more capacity in the area which will prevent unscheduled interruptions in the future.
