Indigo Ridge is underway. The specifics are easy to write about. You know, how many floor plans, how many lots, etc, what is more difficult is the overall view of the development. The fact is Page, Arizona, is changing and Indigo Ridge is leading the charge. The access road from the top of the Ridge to Highway 89 is close to completion and turning lanes are being put in as I write. Real Estate in the Page Lake Powell area just got a whole lot more interesting.
Indigo Ridge is a 200 acre master planned development community and will include several different phases. This post will focus on the first section of home sites, phase 1.

Phase 1 Indigo Ridge
With five different full-size home plans to choose from and three townhome floor plans, pretty much every size and taste is covered. Phase 1 is 20 acres that includes 45 homes, 16 townhomes and several lots ready to build on.
Indigo Ridge homes will be eco-friendly and are being designed with the incredible natural desert landscape as a backdrop. Huntley LLC, the developer, is working to obtain LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, certification from the US Green Building Council for the Indigo Ridge project. Sustainable living is a key point in the development on the ridge.
The homes at Indigo Ridge will follow one of five floor plans and range in size from 2,026 to 3,360 square feet and feature open indoor space that flows to the outdoor living areas. Three smaller floor plans are now in place and begin at 1,456 square feet and will fit on any of the available lots.
With Venetian plaster and natural stone exteriors the homes will blend seamlessly in to the Lake Powell landscape. The development will have walking trails and easy access to the already in place, rim trail, for exploring our local area.
