The last month has been really busy in the Page Lake Powell area.
Singer Song-Writer Marnee‘ will be at the CAB in Page AZ tonight at 7:00 p.m.
First off we had PowellAPalooza – a roaring success from all I’ve talked to

The second annual music festival ran from Sept 22 – Sept 25 with weather in the mid 80’s it was darn near perfect. A hefty line up of bands and less venues this year made the festival easier to access and enjoy.
Upcoming is the annual Fall Festival and Pumpkin Glow at Page City Park. More details to follow on that event.
Personally, I’ve been busy in real estate so look for a couple of new great listings to show up here in the next day or so. With so few foreclosures in the Big Water area it is good news that the HUD home on Independence is now under contract and will be closed in the next 30 days or so.
I am also running for Town Council in Big Water, UT and elections are coming up on November 8th. With several hot issues on the table now is a good time to get involved.
