“As the daughter of Rankin Realty’s Owner/Broker Heather Rankin, Ashley has watched Real Estate in action since she was a child. Graphic Design and Web Development was her first love however- a hobby that began as an 11 year old with taking home local business cards and re-designing them. Ashley put her passion for advertising to use the moment Heather began her career in Real Estate, and has been instrumental in building Rankin Realty’s steadfast branding ever since. In 2022, Ashley came around to Heather’s good ideas and decided to make the Real Estate knowledge in her head official on paper. She obtained her Utah Real Estate License in November of 2022, and her Arizona Real Estate License in March of 2023.
Today, Ashley is raising her three children (Noah, Archer, and Susanna) plus an Australian Shepherd (Royal) in a home next door to Heather in Big Water, Utah. Ashley and the kids commute to and from Kanab each day for the professional, educational, and lifestyle opportunities they feel it offers. Noah and Archer attend Kanab schools, while little Susanna attends a Kanab daycare. Ashley spends her free time playing piano, cooking whole foods – plant based meals, and volunteering for the Arizona Trail Association.
She considers Real Estate to be a creative art, and is thankful for the way in which it blends Outdoor Living with Interior Design, Graphic Design, Web Development, Photography, Technology, and Writing. She is currently exploring options for alternative, earth-wise housing: a Rankin Realty project she has titled “Sage and Soil”.
