Born and raised out there in “Big Sand ~ No Water”, a daughter of Rankin Realty’s Owner/Broker Heather Rankin… Kanab first took off with a piece of my heart in 2017. My career in Graphic Design had led me to begin working in a building that felt like a forest: Juniper Ridge Restaurant and Saloon. My time in that space and with the people there showed me plainly that there was a future for myself and my children in the Kanab Community.
In 2022, I decided the time was nigh to follow my Mother’s footsteps and channel my lifelong passion for Marketing into a full-fledged career in Real Estate. I obtained my Utah Real Estate License in November with my brand-new baby girl Susanna in tow, then completed Arizona a short while later (in March of 2023).
Still feeling that pull towards Kanab and Fredonia, I decided in October of 2025 to enroll both of my boys (Noah: 13 & Archer: 11) into the Kanab Schools. I’ve found a wonderful in-home daycare for little Susie-Bee (now 3), as well as a quiet space to spend my days working on all things Real Estate.
But what about… *gasp*… the commute?
The truth of it just is that the kids and I are loving our scenic drive to Kanab every day: bantering, listening to audio books, and sitting with our awe and appreciation for the lifestyle, educational, and professional opportunities our little family is being shown in western Kane County. The best of both worlds, indeed- given we love to return home to our Big Water house at sunset, too.
2026 has plenty of hikes in store for Noah, Archer, Susanna, and Royal the Australian Shepherd; plenty of Arizona Trail Guests; as well as attending Broker School in both states. I hope to have the chance to get to know you, and to learn more about how I can serve you on a Real Estate Journey.
