The Lake Powell Real Estate business is picking up in the Eastern Kane County area. It is a good time to invest in homes and property in the area as sellers seem to have been encouraged by the news this week regarding the movement of resale homes across most of the country.

  • 1 – Commercial Building and Business – a boat storage
  • 5) Commercial Lots – starting at $15,000 and going to $499,999
  • 5) Manufactured Homes – lots sizes range from a little less than a 1/4 acre to just over 4 acres

For the properties that have a view of Lake Powell this has been a wonderful year as the lake is expected to rise 60 feet making the dark blue water more visible. Also with the new Amangiri Resort coming, housing needs are expected to rise in our area, so now is a good time to invest.
