We have had very few foreclosures in the Page Lake Powell area over the past couple of years, which is a good thing and November saw two of our foreclosures find new owners.
The home at 822 Newburn Road in Page sold for $127,050 and
The home in Greenehaven at 15 Baker Drive sold for $175,000.
Another foreclosure in Big Water, Utah is currently pending sale.
That brings to a total of 4 single family home foreclosures that have sold in Page and Greenehaven so far this year.
We do have a lot of great deals on homes right now – but thankfully not a lot of foreclosure in our relatively stable real estate market.
