I’ve been a bit behind on the real estate market reports and am getting them caught up this week.
September saw seven houses close in Page with an average price of $338,628 which included several new, higher end homes. Two homes in the new Indigo Ridge Development sold, as well as a new townhome at Toroweap.
Indigo Ridge is moving right along with four homes out of the ground, and Toroweap Lake Powell Townhomes are just about complete with their second set of units, as well as the common area with the outdoor kitchen and large BBQ pit finished.
A home sold on Lone Rock Ct and one on San Juan Ct by Lakeview Elementary School with the average price of those two at $293,000.
A beautiful older home on North Navajo with views of Lake Powell sold for $440,000 after being on the market quite awhile, it found a new owner.
One manufactured home sold on Golden Eagle for $95,000 and one mobile home on Willow sold for $25,000
