USDA Rural housing is now funding loans!
Because of the rural nature of the Page Lake Powell area we qualify for Department of Agriculture loans – USDA Loans – which are 100% financing with no down payment . There is a 3.5% loan guarantee fee, which can be financed into the loan as well. Homes must qualify as well as the buyer and the loans can not be used on manufactured housing.
