The town of Big Water, located in Southern Utah on the South Shore of Lake Powell , has a new website. While still a bit of a work in progress the site is providing local citizens with town news, a calender of events, minutes and agendas from not only town council but also Planning and Zoning and the Water District.

The Town of Big Water would like to thank David Rankin for generously donating his time and ability to design our new site.
The website also has sections for Community Bulletins, the Big Water Fire Department, and Big Water School. Because of the nature of the place we live, and the stunning landscapes, as we continue to work on the site we plan on adding a user ability to upload photos.
As Planning and Zoning works through our address verifications will we add residents address to the site as well. Another future project will be to scan all of the town Ordinances and upload them to a searchable file.
As a sitting member of Town Council and the Glen Canyon Special Service District (Water Board) I am excited to have the new website up and running and looking forward to getting more information on it!
