I am happy to announce a rebuild of the Lake Powell Real Estate Guide over the past week. Started in 2008, initially as the Lake Powell Real Estate Blog, there have been a lot of changes over the years to meet the needs of our visitors. A big thanks to our friend Lou Eastman of Shyfrog Media for all of the work, during his vacation no less!
Features: Over the next several weeks I will be revisiting some of the more popular posts from the past 5 years as well as new posts. We will continue with our Lake Powell Mondays series which focuses on local businesses and our Lake Powell Fridays series which features a local activity, hike, event, etc. Lake Powell Answers and Area News and Events will remain the same great source of information they have been. Our Lake Powell 411 section will be expanding so watch for some new and exciting things there!
MLS: As always you can continue to search the Lake Powell Area MLS for homes and properties for sale in both Arizona and Utah. You can click the pictuer under MLS Search on the right side for either Page Lake Powell or Big Water Lake Powell home search which and then enter your criteria in the pop up window. The MLS can also be searched by clicking on the menu item Search Lake Powell MLS. This option allows the entire Kanab, UT MLS to be searched as well as the Page, AZ and Big Water, Utah areas.
Market Reports: As the area real estate market is heating up, keep and eye out for upcoming Real Estate Market Reports for both Page and Greenehaven, AZ and Big Water, UT.
Featured listings: They are area a great way to market your home if you are selling, or get a more in-depth look at homes on the market above and beyond the information on the MLS if you are a buyer.
