What's Happening In The Page Lake Powell Real Estate Market – April 2010

Real Estate has been busy the last six weeks or so in the Lake Powell area. Homes are selling. Two homes one of my clients were interested in went under contract the day we were going to offer on them.

March did not have a lot of closings, but numerous homes went under contract last month and in the first few days of April.

1 Home, New Construction, at Indigo Ridge

1 Manufactured home in Greenehaven

With most of these homes due to close in April, this month should just be rockin!

Also – The First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit and the Move Up Credit are due to expire April 30. A home only need be under contract and close by June 30 to qualify so if you are thinking about buying, this is a great time to do so.

There are currently 64 homes for sale in Page, AZ and Greenehaven, AZ from small bungalows to large Lake View Homes.
