April saw an increase in units sold in the Page Lake Powell real estate market over the month of March.

For April

1 Single family Home Sold – Page –  new construction – $292,000

1 Manufactured Home Sold – Page –  $88,000

2 Single Family Lots Sold – Greenehaven – $139,450 average price

1 Townhome Sold – Page – $155,000

In March of 09 1 Single Family home sold, 2 Manufactured homes and 2 Single Family Properties.

Currently there are 5 homes in Pending status with an average price of  $236,780 of which most should close in the month of May.
